If you plan on competing in ceremonies during conclave please read the following:
What Ceremonies:
- The Arrow of Light/Crossover Ceremony
- The Ordeal Ceremony
When and Where:
- This year’s Section Conclave in Idaho Falls, Idaho May 18th-20th
How to sign up:
- Sign up upon arrival at the registration table
What each team needs to know and have ready:
- Competition start time to be determined…
- Each team must have a person reciting each part and be in regalia
- Each team member must know their part, when to talk, and where to stand/move
- Reading off of the script will not be tolerated and parts that are memorized will be rewarded with more points
- Props like the fire pit, bridge, and fire pots will be provided any extras must be brought by the team (note the competition is indoors so fires will not actually be lit)
Prizes:
- Never ending Glory and bragging rights for a year
